MCFC Books: 5 Second Drawing

I put this challenge to the students who attended my Art Club at our very first meeting. I did not actually care if they could do it in 5 seconds (it is pretty damn hard) but that very short time forced them to do some things most…
I love love love simple, but effective activities. This could just as easily be used as a creative warm-up before a classroom discussion. Imagine using it for historical events, or biology. Beautiful.

Ink drawing
Very pretty.
I started this weeks ago, forgot about it for a bit, then finished it last night at 5am.

I call this “Peacock Lady (aka pencil-first-is-for-rookies)” because using pencil first is for rookies and noobs. :P This is a gift for my grandma for mother’s day. woooooo.
